AL THABT GIFTS PACKAGING (“Boxtales” or the “Company”) maintains the Boxtales.me website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. 1. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by Boxtales are subject to project specifications, material availability, production requirements, and validity periods specified within the quotation.

Project timelines, pricing, and production schedules may vary depending on the scope and complexity of each project.

Final orders are confirmed only after written approval of quotations, artwork, specifications, and applicable payment arrangements.

Production will only begin once advance payment has been received and final designs are submitted and approved in writing by the client.

2. Design Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for verifying all design content, including text, layout, images, and graphics, prior to final approval.

AL THABT GIFTS PACKAGING is not liable for any errors or omissions once the client has approved the design.

3. Production Timelines & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines provided by Boxtales are based on the information available at the time of quotation. While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, artwork approvals, material availability, and production requirements.

4. Delays & External Factors

Boxtales shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Public holidays or government-mandated closures
  • Delays in client approvals or feedback
  • Material shortages or supplier delays
  • Customs clearance for international shipments
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies

5. Product Variations

As all packaging products are custom manufactured, slight variations in color, texture, material finish, dimensions, printing, foiling, embossing, or other production elements may occur. Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boxtales shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or reliance upon any information contained within it.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all website content will be free from errors, omissions, interruptions, or technical issues.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the property of Boxtales and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Mode of Payment

Payment terms are specified individually within each quotation and may vary depending on project scope, order value, and production requirements.

Boxtales reserves the right to request full or partial advance payment before production commences.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

Production will only commence upon receipt of the agreed payment and final approval of artwork and specifications.

10. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

As all products supplied by Boxtales are custom manufactured and produced according to client-approved specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has commenced.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications prior to production.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect directly attributable to Boxtales, the issue will be reviewed and addressed at our discretion.

Variations in color, texture, materials, printing, foiling, embossing, and other finishing processes within accepted industry tolerances shall not be considered defects.

11. Delivery Policy

Boxtales primarily serves clients throughout the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.

UAE DELIVERIES:

We regularly arrange deliveries to:

  • Ajman
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Al Ain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Fujairah

Delivery timelines vary depending on project requirements, order size, production schedules, and delivery location.

GCC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Upon request, Boxtales can arrange deliveries to selected GCC and international destinations including:

  • Oman
  • Bahrain
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar
  • Other international locations subject to shipping availability

International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import regulations, duties, taxes, and additional shipping charges imposed by local authorities.

Boxtales shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, shipping disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that all required import documentation is available where applicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
